The Kabbalistic Tree of Life is an archetypal system of healing available to all. 

For many, this is a time of chaos and disillusionment, when once unquestioned beliefs no longer guide us, and the historical residues of personal and collective traumas steal our joy and well-being. The good news is that the ancient mystics left us maps for navigating turbulent times on Planet Earth. One such map is the Kabbalistic Tree of Life, a radical system that helps us restore our connection to our soul’s purpose and to the divine flow that is always available to us. Jung himself extolled the Jewish mystical tradition as illuminative of his psychological perspective.

In this 75-minute teaching, Rabbi Dr. Firestone will share usable wisdom to help us awaken and heal the central channel of the Tree, which is alive at the core of our bodies and psyches. We will explore the 4 sephirot on this channel to unearth unconscious ancestral material, with the aim of energizing our positive legacies and alchemizing the injurious ones. Please bring your journal and (optionally) a small stone and bowl of water for a powerful experience of learning and ritual.
